About Me

Malaz Tamim is currently a Master's Student in Data Engineering and Analytics with a focus on Computer Vision at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), fully funded by DAAD.
He graduated from the American University of Beirut in June 2022 with a B.S. in Computer Science, fully funded by the U.S.-Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) through the Tomorrows's Leaders Program. He worked as a Research Assistant at the American University of Beirut and as a Data Scientist at Infineon Technogies.
His research interests are deep learning as well as computer vision applications in medicine and autonomous driving.
